Morning Prayer: Gracious God, are you a God who demands persistence, perhaps even a measure of groveling, or are you a God who invites our persistence because of your constant love, your ever-present gracious acceptance, your persistent generosity?  We think we know because we know your love and faithfulness.  Grant us the grace to be courageous and persistent in prayer, generosity, doing justice, seeking peace, and love.  In Jesus.  Amen.
